  • Access clients' internal experience by contacting what is at the core of their communication, both spoken and unspoken
  • Use mindfulness to facilitate the effective unfolding of the core beliefs and other unconscious material shaping your clients' experience

This workshop serves as an introduction to the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychology. It will provide an experiential overview as well as skills and theory that are unique to Hakomi.
