MINDFULNESS IN THE THERAPEUTIC PROCESS
An Introduction to the Hakomi Method

About This Workshop

In this one-day workshop, you'll discover how to use mindfulness to reveal emotional patterns held in the body that are not easily accessible through conversation alone. Through talks, discussions and experiential learning, you’ll learn how to slow clients down, shift them into a mindful state, and study their emotional patterns right in the moment they’re happening. As you learn to work with your clients’ present moment experiences with an attitude of curiosity and collaboration, your work with clients will go deeper and your sessions will unfold with more ease.

For Whom

The workshop is open and relevant to both clinicians and the general public and serves as prerequisite hours for Hakomi Comprehensive Training.
